Payment Schedule:

50% due at time of booking.
Remaining balance due within 14 days of arrival.

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 or more days before arrival.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if cancelled after.

No damage deposit is due.
